Ann Louise Gittleman, PhD, CNS, advises us on, The Secret Of People Who Don’t Get Sick. We all know someone who simply never seems to have even a slight cold. What is the secret to good health? Read on to discover a simple and effective way to become one of those with a “strong constitution.”

Gloria Gilbere, CDP, DAHom, PhD, educates us on the importance of hydration. In Foods To Help With A Serious Health Disorder—Dehydration, Dr. Gloria gives us information on medial issues involved with dehydration. Many people simply don’t like consuming huge volumes of water, and she provides us with a list of high-water content foods we can consume to help us hydrate.

Shawn Messonnier, DVM, discusses the uses for two herbs in, Burdock Root And Gymnema Herbs For Pets. Both may be helpful for pets with diabetes. Burdock Root also has other cleansing properties that may help with other diseases.

Most readers will find it hard to believe that a vast majority of health insurance brokers in the U.S. are drug pushers. That is to say that they are totally on board with conventional medicine’s approach to addressing our crisis of chronic disease with the latest and greatest prescription medications. Never mind that many of these medications have no, or very little, science to support their use, and in many cases, causes more harm than good. Just look at the many pages of warnings that follow every ad for a prescription medication in any magazine. If you need further proof, read "Is Your Health Insurance Broker a Drug Pusher?"

Thank you to our authors, readers, and advertisers for making TotalHealth Magazine Online possible.
